Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Telesales Representative with 2–4 years of experience to join our remote team.

Your main role will be to connect with potential clients, follow up on leads, and convert opportunities into closed deals.



Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with potential clients via calls and WhatsApp

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads

  • Generate new leads through proactive outreach

  • Clearly present GFT solutions to potential clients

  • Book demos and support the sales process

  • Close deals and achieve monthly targets

  • Update CRM and track daily performance


Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in telesales / sales / customer engagement

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Experience in Saudi market is a plus

  • Comfortable with daily calls and follow-ups

  • Self-driven and able to work remotely with discipline

  • Fluent in Arabic (Saudi dialect preferred) + good English
