Job Purpose

To support GFT’s brand presence and audience engagement by producing high-quality visual and written content across social media platforms, translating the company’s vision into clear, compelling stories that drive awareness and growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop original content ideas, scripts, and storyboards aligned with GFT’s brand voice.
  • Create a consistent content calendar across all social media platforms.
  • Translate technical ConTech solutions (software, services) into simple, engaging content.

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement across channels.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on insights.
  • Stay updated on platform trends and best practices.

3. Graphic Design & Video Editing

  • Design visuals, graphics, and branded templates for campaigns and daily posts.
  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for product features, testimonials, and events.
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with GFT’s brand identity and guidelines.

4. Marketing Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to support campaign launches.
  • Apply basic marketing knowledge to align content with lead generation goals.
  • Support the creation of promotional material for events and client case studies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven skills in social media management, graphic design, and video editing.
  • Strong content creation portfolio (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms).
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and campaign performance.
  • Self-driven with a strong ability to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.
  • Experience in B2B, technology, or construction-related industries is a plus.
