Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to expand our footprint in the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building strategic partnerships, and closing projects within the construction technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a KSA-focused business development strategy
- Identify and secure new opportunities within construction technology projects
- Build relationships with contractors, consultants, project owners, and EPC companies
- Generate and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
- Track KPIs and provide regular market intelligence reports
- Represent GFT ConTech in industry events and technical meetings
Requirements
- Proven track record in Business Development
- Experience in the Saudi market is mandatory
- Experience in Construction Technology (ConTech) is a strong plus
- Strong network within KSA construction sector
- Understanding of digital solutions, project management tools, BIM, or smart construction systems is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and able to perform in a remote environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
