Sales Administration & Customer Success Specialist – GFT
Job Purpose
To support revenue growth and client satisfaction at GFT by ensuring smooth sales administration, proactive customer success management, effective collections follow-up, and strong client retention through structured coordination and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Administration
- Prepare and manage quotations, contracts, invoices, and sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate client and deal records on CRM.
- Support sales team with scheduling, follow-ups, and deal tracking.
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth service delivery after deal closure.
2. Customer Success Management
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients post-sale.
- Ensure clients receive agreed services on time and as promised.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
- Collect feedback and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
3. Collections & Payment Follow-Up
- Track invoices and payment schedules.
- Follow up professionally with clients on outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with finance and sales to resolve payment issues.
- Maintain clear documentation of payment status and client communications.
4. Client Retention & Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients through regular check-ins.
- Identify early signs of dissatisfaction and support resolution.
- Support renewals and ongoing engagement with existing clients.
- Ensure a consistent and positive end-to-end client experience with GFT.
5. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales administration, customer success, or account coordination.
- Experience handling collections and client payment follow-ups.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel.
- Experience in B2B services, training, consulting, or pharmaceutical-related fields is a plus.
